The inaugural Leadership in Advocacy Development (LEAD) program is kicking off its virtual Practice Management Lecture series on Monday, May 20, 2024 with a session on Telemedicine. The series aims to provide interactive sessions with experts in practice management topics to provide a space for didactics, sharing of best practices, and discussion for overcoming practice challenges, all of which are essential for a successful practice in Headache Medicine.

Future topics will include clinical documentation, coding regulation requirements, optimizing RVU productivity, healthcare delivery models, Advanced Practice Provider (APP) training and practice integration, prior authorizations, and more.
