The LEAD program continues its virtual Practice Management Lecture series on Friday, February 7, 2025 with a Zoom session on Healthcare Delivery Models featuring speaker Hope L. O'Brien, MD, MBA, FAHS.

The series aims to provide interactive sessions with experts in practice management topics to provide a space for didactics, sharing of best practices, and discussion for overcoming practice challenges, all of which are essential for a successful practice in Headache Medicine.

Future topics will include clinical documentation, coding regulation requirements, optimizing RVU productivity, healthcare delivery models, Advanced Practice Provider (APP) training and practice integration, prior authorizations, and more.
